HOPE Summit 2025

May 2-4, 2025
Bethesda, MD

HOPE Summit is a highly supportive in-person event in which participants can learn from and empower each other. There are many opportunities to connect and develop a new support network to help break down the feeling of isolation common to this disease.

The conference features inspirational speakers and key experts on practical issues of cancer survivorship. Sessions will cover many of the issues patients, survivors, and caregivers face in everyday life, including managing mental health and sexual health, and financial issues, such as navigating insurance and legal rights in the workplace.

The Summit also offers peer-to-peer sessions where attendees can hear directly from lung cancer survivors and caregivers who have walked the journey and have a first-hand view of what it is like to live, survive, and thrive after a lung cancer diagnosis.

The breakout sessions are designed to address practical issues that people with lung cancer, survivors, and caregivers face on a daily basis. Topics to be included at this year’s summit include health and wellness (both physical and mental), navigating financial issues, addressing role changes between patients and caregivers, palliative care, nutrition, and more.

There is no charge to attend the conference. LUNGevity offers ways to help you cover the costs of attending, including grant applications and fundraising opportunities. Complete the form below to get information as soon as it's available.
